Program Lead Professional Training & Innovation Institute Development

The Program Lead oversees the full operations of CMKL's professional training center, including the delivery of training and consulting programs, and leads the development of a new innovation-focused institute in AI, computer engineering, and business management. The role combines strategic program design with hands-on coordination, ensuring seamless experiences for faculty, clients, and participants.

Key Responsibilities

 

1.  Institution & Program Development

  • Lead the design, planning, and launch of a new AI, computer engineering, and business innovation institute

  • Develop the institutional vision, mission, and strategic roadmap aligned with CMKL University's goals

  • Build governance frameworks, operational policies, and a long-term sustainability model covering revenue streams and program growth

  • Represent the institute at external forums, conferences, and partner engagements

2.  Consulting Services Coordination

  • Oversee end-to-end logistics and coordination for consulting services provided by CMKL faculty and researchers

  • Serve as the primary coordinator between CMKL's internal teams (faculty, researchers, administration) and external clients or stakeholders

  • Manage scoping, scheduling, deliverable tracking, and follow-up for all consulting engagements

  • Ensure quality, responsiveness, and professionalism throughout the consulting delivery process

3.  Training Program Design & Delivery

  • Design and continuously improve professional training and executive education programs in AI, business innovation, and computer engineering

  • Translate industry needs into structured curricula aligned with current and emerging technology trends

  • Lead end-to-end execution of training programs — online, onsite, and hybrid

  • Coordinate with CMKL faculty, external instructors, and industry experts for content development and delivery

4.  Operations & Logistics Management

  • Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communications across all training and consulting programs

  • Manage venue setup, online platforms, equipment, and materials for all sessions

  • Oversee program administration from client onboarding through post-program follow-up

  • Develop scalable operational processes and workflows as programs and the institute grow

5.  Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the primary point of contact for industry clients, corporate partners, and external participants

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships; identify new business development opportunities

  • Ensure high standards of responsiveness, service quality, and professionalism in all interactions

6.  Instructor & Participant Support

  • Provide operational support to instructors before, during, and after each program

  • Assist as part of the instructional team during workshops when required

  • Manage participant communications and ensure a positive, professional learning experience

7.  Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

  • Design and manage feedback surveys and evaluation frameworks for all programs

  • Analyze results and provide actionable recommendations to improve program quality

  • Produce regular performance reports for senior leadership

8.  Marketing & Promotion

  • Support development and maintenance of the training center's and institute's online presence

  • Create and update content for program promotion targeting corporate and executive audiences

  • Coordinate sharing of program information to relevant professional networks

 

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

•     Bachelor's degree or higher in Education Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

•     Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered

Experience

•     Demonstrated experience in professional training, consulting coordination, or academic program management

•     Demonstrated experience in program or institution building in a university, corporate training, or innovation center context

•     Experience engaging industry partners, government agencies, or international academic collaborators is an advantage

Knowledge & Skills

•     Understanding of AI, digital transformation, and computer engineering as applied to business and industry

•     Strong project management and multi-stakeholder coordination skills

•     Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills in both Thai and English

•     Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution

•     Proficiency with digital platforms for online learning, collaboration, and content management
