Global Affairs & Outreach Officer

Global Affairs & Outreach officer drives CMKL University's international engagement and industry outreach, with a primary focus on student and faculty support. The role oversees experiential learning (XP) program coordination, career development initiatives, and external partnership development, ensuring students and faculty have access to high-quality global opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Experiential Learning (XP) & Student Support

  • Advise students on internships, exchanges, overseas study, summer schools, and other XP opportunities.

  • Coordinate program logistics, documentation, agreements, visas, and competency assessments.

  • Track student participation, progress, and outcomes.

  • Organize company visits, field trips, and experiential learning activities.

Career Development

  • Support career planning, employability, and postgraduate pathways.

  • Organize career fairs, employer engagement, and alumni networking events.

  • Manage student feedback, career outcomes, and reporting.

Partnerships & Outreach

  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry and international partners.

  • Support partnership agreements, collaboration opportunities, and engagement activities.

  • Maintain partnership records and databases.

International Visits & Faculty Support

  • Coordinate visits, delegations, and international engagement activities.

  • Support faculty collaborations, research partnerships, and overseas initiatives.

  • Represent the office and contribute to continuous process improvement and strategic projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in International Relations, Education, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in international affairs, student services, career development, or program coordination.

  • Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, advising, and communication skills.

  • Excellent written and spoken Thai and English.

  • Experience with international partnerships, internships, or experiential learning programs is an advantage.
